Thuy-Han “Gabby” Nguyen, O.D.
Optometric Physician
Dr. Thuy-Han “Gabby” Nguyen is a board-certified optometric physician who provides a wide range of primary eye care services including comprehensive eye examinations, prescriptions for glasses and contact lenses, and the diagnosis and treatment of eye disease. She also participates in the co-management of cataract and LASIK surgery and has an interest in fitting speciality contact lenses.
Born and raised in Tampa, FL, she received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida, then received her Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University College of Optometry.
Dr. Nguyen’s professional affiliations include the American Optometric Association, the Florida Optometric Association, and the National Optometric Association. She also enjoys volunteering for Remote Area Medical (RAM) trips around the US, providing comprehensive eye care to those in need.
In her free time, Dr. Nguyen enjoys rock climbing, crocheting, or exploring the Sarasota area to try different iced coffees with her fiancé.
