Payment Information for Your Appointment 

If you’re visiting one of our Center For Sight locations, we aim to make the payment process as simple as possibe. We offer many ways to pay your bill through participating insurance and vision plans. 

Contact us if your insurance or vision plan is not listed, and we can help you through the process. We consolidate billing statements into a single document for your convenience. 

Please note that starting August 25, 2025, we are now updating how we collect payments to ensure a smoother and more transparent overall experience. Beginning at your upcoming visit, your payment inlcuding co-pays, deductibles, coinsurance and known out-of-pocket costs will be collected before or at the time of service.

Center For Sight is a participating Medicare provider. We accept Medicare assignments, and we can file with your secondary insurance, if applicable.

ALPHAEON CREDIT Card Accounts are offered by Comenity Capital Bank which determines qualifications for credit and promotion eligibility. Account must be in good standing at the time of purchase. At no time will the minimum payment due be less than $27.00. Minimum interest charge is $2.00 per credit plan. Standard variable APR of 28.99%, based on the Prime Rate. Comenity Capital Bank issues ALPHAEON CREDIT Card Accounts, which can be used with participating physicians.

We have partnered with CareCredit to offer our patients affordable options including zero percent financing as well as long-term, low monthly payment plans.
